Managing Director

Antonio Coello is a seasoned agricultural development expert with over 25 years of experience leading high-impact private sector and USAID-funded projects across Africa and Latin America. He has served as Chief of Party on multiple complex horticulture and agribusiness programs, including the Feed the Future Kilimo Tija and Mboga na Matunda projects in Tanzania, where his leadership benefited over a million farmers and catalyzed hundreds of millions in sales, investment, and job creation.

Antonio is recognized for pioneering integrated agriculture-nutrition models, driving inclusive market systems, and building sustainable partnerships that strengthen local capacity. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA with a focus in finance.

Director of Operations

Mónica Luna is an experienced operations and business management professional who previously served as General Manager for a Real Estate Development Company where she oversaw costumer relations, contractor compliance and overall company performance.

As Co-founder and Director of Operations at DARMA Enterprises, she oversees finance, administration, procurement, human resources, and logistics—ensuring the company’s internal systems support efficient, compliant, and results-driven implementation. Mónica brings a strong background in marketing and project management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
